The main purpose of the training is to provide both practical and theoretical knowledge 
in the field of painting techniques. The training is intended to help improve skills, increase 
awareness of the quality of work and deepen the knowledge of painting techniques.

Training description

The aim of the training is to provide participants with all the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out professional restoration and protection of paint coatings on vehicles. Each practical part is preceded by a brief introduction to the main topic.During the practical part, the instructor discusses the successive stages of the activities performed. The detailed training program is as follows:

  1. Health and Safety Training.
  2. Assessment of the extent of damage, including interviewing the owner of the vehicle, selecting tools for assessment, checking the adhesion of coatings, selecting the scope of repair.
  3. Preparing the surface of the component for painting.
  4. Introduction to the world of paint guns, their selection, maintenance and proper use.
  5. Protecting metals from corrosion, including cleaning, protection, methods and products used for protection.
  6. A discussion of acrylic filler primers.
  7. Discussion of the process of color formation and restoration of varnish coatings.
  8. Clearcoats, protection of the decorative layer - color.
  9. Polishing of new varnish coatings.

The training is theoretical and practical and lasts 5 days. During its duration, participants are provided with short breaks, qualified training staff, professionally equipped training center, tools and equipment of reputable companies, training materials, meals, accommodation, a set of promotional materials, a certificate of completion of training and the possibility of individual consultations after the course.

After completing the training, participants will be able to independently estimate the scope and type of repair, perform simple paint repairs, protect the paint from external conditions, will have sufficient knowledge to work as a painter's assistant, as well as gain up-to-date paint knowledge on modern solutions in refinishing.
